This says a lot. 
I do feel it is more statement than story, but it's pretty poignant as well, not to mention the 'warrior' died at a young age after fighting for so long... so it is sort of bittersweet, in a sense, that release in death and yet the pity that they could only achieve peace through it.
The title adds the last bullet to things, I think.
